Trend Model CASH Signal Issued EOD on 10/23/2023 – BUY Signal Failure

All market indices closed below the low set two days before the BUY signal day therefore issuing a CASH Signal at the EOD on 10/23/2023. The market valuation indicators are oversold to the extent that a significant market rally could occur. These lows occurred on 10/06/2023 for the SML, 10/03/2023 for the RUT and SPX, and 10/04/2023 for the MID. However, the market indices should make lows prior to the issuance of another Trend Model BUY signal unless there is a trend indicator BUY signal or a market valuation UP signal.
